Breakroom vending for workplaces & plants

Swing shift, graveyard, no cafeteria, and a machine that eats dollar bills. Here's the version that works at 2am.

The problem

The cafeteria closes at three. The shift doesn't.

Most breakroom vending was specified for a daytime workforce and never revisited. The crew that comes on at ten at night gets a coil machine with a bill validator that rejects worn notes, four kinds of chips, and nothing that counts as food.

They leave site to get dinner, or they don't eat. Either way it shows up in your shift.

Why it fits a plant or warehouse

What changes

Real food, not just snacks

Pair a cooler with a Freezer 550 and a night crew can get a burrito, a breakfast bowl or a frozen meal — not a bag of pretzels.

Cashless, so it works

Tap, chip, Apple Pay, Google Pay. No bill validator to reject a worn note at 3am, no coin mech, no cash on site to manage.

Restocked around your shifts

We schedule visits so the machine is full when a crew comes on, not after they've gone home. At least every 14 days, more often when volume calls for it.

Your network stays untouched

We supply our own cellular connection. Nothing joins your corporate network and there's nothing for IT to review — which is usually what stalls these projects.

A benefit that costs nothing

There's no lease, no invoice and no purchase order. It reads as a staff benefit on your side and costs you the electricity.

Nothing lands on your team

Stocking, cleaning, repairs and refunds are ours. If someone is charged wrongly they contact us directly, not your supervisor.

Practical

Sizing and placement

  • Best spot: the breakroom itself, or the corridor between the floor and the time clock. Somewhere a crew passes on a 20-minute break without spending five of them walking.
  • Up to about 100 on site: the Pluss 440 or Max 620.
  • 150+ on site, or several shifts: the Ultra 1200 — effectively two coolers behind one front, 756 bottles across twelve shelves.
  • Adding hot meals: a Freezer 550 alongside. Note it's 80.4″ tall and won't clear a standard 80″ door upright, so we check the route first.
  • Requirements: one standard 110V outlet, a clear path in, and reasonable climate protection.

Several sites? One placement that works usually makes the next four straightforward. Tell us how many locations you're responsible for and we'll size the whole set at once.

Tell us a little about your property. If it makes sense, Jeff comes out, looks at the space, and you have a machine within a couple of weeks. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
