About Valorian Vending
A small Oregon company that decided vending machines didn't have to be bad.
Locally owned, coast based, deliberately small
Valorian Vending LLC is an Oregon company run by Jeff Valorian out of the Lincoln City – Gleneden Beach area. We place and operate AI-powered smart coolers — the kind where you tap a card, open a door, and take what you want.
We operate along the Oregon coast and inland up the I-5 corridor. We are not a franchise and not a national route operator. When something goes wrong with a machine, the person who answers is the person who owns the company.
Why we're different from the vending company you're picturing: no cash, no coils, no month-old chips, no waiting three weeks for someone from Portland to come fix a jam. We monitor every machine remotely, we restock on real data, and we live twenty minutes from most of our locations.
What we believe about vending
- A machine should be an amenity first. If the only reason a location says yes is a commission check, we've built the wrong pitch. Guests using it and liking it is the point.
- Empty is worse than absent. An unstocked machine damages your brand, not just ours. Remote monitoring exists so that doesn't happen.
- Be honest about the boring stuff. Yes, it uses electricity. Yes, here's roughly what that costs. We'd rather tell you than have you discover it.
- Your guests are your guests. Refunds, complaints and technical problems come to us. Your front desk should never have to explain our machine.
Insured, licensed and straightforward to approve
Most of what a property needs to sign this off is short.
Fully insured
$1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate general liability. We'll send a certificate of insurance and name your property as additional insured on request — usually the same day you ask.

Valorian Vending LLC is a registered Oregon limited liability company in good standing, locally owned and operated. Documentation for your approval process is available whenever you need it.
The advantage of using someone who lives here
National operators run the Oregon coast as the far end of a Portland or Eugene route. That works right up until it doesn't.
A machine goes down on a Friday in August. A shelf empties during a storm-watching weekend. On a long route, nobody notices until the following Tuesday — and in the meantime it's your guests standing in front of an empty machine in your lobby, forming an opinion about your property.
We monitor stock levels, temperature and machine health in real time, and we live inside the territory we serve. Most coastal problems are a same-day fix because the person fixing it is twenty minutes away. That is genuinely the whole argument for using a small operator, and it's the one thing a bigger company can't copy.
- You get the owner, not a call center. When something goes wrong, the person who answers is the person who can fix it.
- We turn down placements that won't work. A machine in the wrong lobby earns nothing and expires its own product. We'd rather say no than install one badly.
- Your business stays your business. We don't publish our host relationships, and we won't publish yours. If a reference would help before you decide, just ask — Jeff can usually arrange a call with an existing host.
