A modern vending machine for your guests. At zero cost to you.
We place AI-powered smart coolers in hotels, gyms, clinics and workplaces — then stock them, service them and insure them ourselves. You provide a wall outlet. Your guests get a 24/7 amenity that actually works.
- A standard wall outlet within reach of the spot
- Floor space from 22.8″ wide — narrower than most snack machines
- You're between Seaside and Newport, or Albany and Portland
That's the whole list. No contract fees, no maintenance, no cash handling.
Everything a vending machine should have been
Traditional machines lose sales to stuck coils, cash-only friction and empty rows. Ours don't have any of those things.
Grab-and-go, no buttons
Tap a card or phone, the door unlocks, take what you want, close it. AI vision and weight sensors charge the card automatically — the manufacturer rates recognition at 99% accuracy, settled in about 60 seconds.
Zero cost, zero effort
We buy the machine, deliver it, stock it, clean it and repair it. No lease, no invoice, no staff time. The only thing we ask of you is floor space and a 110V outlet.
Open when nothing else is
Front desk closed, kitchen shut, nearest store six miles away. A smart cooler covers the 11pm craving, the pre-shift energy drink and the forgotten phone charger.
Monitored and restocked on data
We see stock levels, temperature and machine health in real time. Every machine also gets a scheduled visit at least every 14 days — more often when the numbers say so. Door faults, temperature alarms and offline units alert us automatically, so we usually start work before anyone calls.
Your product mix, your branding
We build the planogram around your people — tourist essentials, protein and energy, better-for-you options. The touchscreen can carry your logo and promotions.
One number, and it's the owner's
Calls and texts answered 7am–8pm daily; anything left overnight gets a reply by 8am. Same or next business day on site for coast locations. Refunds and complaints come to us, never your front desk.
What's the catch?
There isn't one, but here's the arrangement in plain language so nobody is guessing.
- We make money on sales, not on you. The machine pays for itself out of what people buy. That's the whole business model.
- Most locations take it as a free amenity. Better guest experience, 24/7 coverage, zero cost, zero effort, zero risk.
- Busy locations can share revenue. If you have serious foot traffic, a commission is worth discussing — ask us and we'll give you a straight answer for your site.
- Power is the only thing you pay. Roughly $7–19 a month for a cooler depending on model, about $30 for a freezer. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you find it on a bill.
- There is a written agreement. A defined term, and exclusivity on unattended retail at your property — vending, micro-markets, self-serve kiosks. Never your restaurant, minibar or staffed retail. We go through it with you before anyone signs.
- You can try it first. Ask about a 60-day trial placement. Where we offer one it goes into the agreement in writing, so the trial terms are the terms.
Four steps, about two weeks
Quick conversation
Ten minutes on the phone or a walk-through in person. We look at traffic, space and what your people actually buy.
We recommend a fit
Model, placement and a proposed product mix — sized to your footprint, from a 2-foot-wide Mini 360 to a double-wide Ultra 1200.
Delivery & install
We move it in, level it, connect it to power and network, and stock it. Usually one to two weeks after the agreement is signed.
Then we run it
Restocking, cleaning, repairs, refunds, price changes, seasonal product swaps — for as long as the machine is there. You do nothing.
Built for the places people get stuck without options
Hotels & motels
Late arrivals, no restaurant, nothing open nearby. A cooler in the lobby turns a complaint into an amenity — and a review line.
Gyms & fitness
Protein shakes, electrolytes, zero-sugar energy. Right where members finish a workout, without staffing a counter.
Workplaces & plants
Swing shift and graveyard crews with no cafeteria. Energy drinks, jerky, real food at 2am.
Clinics & healthcare
A better-for-you mix with nutrition facts on screen, for staff, patients and families waiting long hours.
Six models, from closet-sized to double-wide
Every model is AI grab-and-go with anti-fog heated glass, remote temperature control and standard 110V power. We bring the one that fits your space.
Mini 360
Under 2 feet wide — smaller than a hotel fridge. ~252 bottles. Perfect for tight lobbies and boutique gyms.
Max 620
Our flagship. 420+ items across six shelves — the workhorse for hospitals, hotels and big breakrooms.
Freezer 550
Ice cream, frozen meals and breakfast bowls at −8°F. The one that makes a beach-town lobby memorable.
Oregon coast and the I-5 corridor
Seaside down to Newport along the coast, and Albany north through Salem and Wilsonville into the Portland metro. Route density is why our machines stay stocked.
Frequently asked
What does this cost our business?
Nothing. We buy, deliver, install, stock, service and insure the machine. There is no lease, no minimum purchase and no invoice. You provide the floor space and a standard 110V outlet. The full picture is on our free placement page.
How does an AI smart cooler actually work?
A customer taps a card or phone at the reader, the door unlocks, they take whatever they want, and they close it. AI cameras and weight sensors identify what left the cooler and charge the card automatically. If we ever get a charge wrong, the customer contacts us and we refund it same day. No selections, no coils, no cash.
We already have a vending machine.
Most traditional machines quietly lose sales to jammed spirals, cash-only payment and stale product, and every one of those failures lands on your front desk. We're happy to run a 60-day side-by-side and let the numbers decide. Here's the full comparison.
We don't have room for a vending machine.
The Mini 360 is 22.8″ wide and 26″ deep — less than a fridge-and-a-half of floor space, and a smaller footprint than most snack machines. We're flexible on placement and we'll walk your space before recommending anything.
What about our electricity bill?
A refrigerated cooler costs roughly $7–19 a month to run depending on the model; the Freezer 550 is nearer $30. That is the only running cost the location carries.
What if it breaks, or runs out?
We monitor every machine remotely, around the clock — stock, temperature, connectivity and faults. We usually know before you do, and we restock proactively. If a machine is ever out of service more than 15 consecutive days, you can have it removed with no termination fee.
Are you insured?
Yes — we carry general liability insurance. We can name your property as additional insured and send a certificate to your risk team on request.
Does the machine need to go on our WiFi?
No. We supply our own cellular connection, so the machine never touches your network and there is nothing for your IT team to review or approve. Where you'd rather it used WiFi, it can — but cellular is the default and it keeps your property out of scope entirely.
How often do you actually come out?
At least every 14 days on a scheduled visit, and more often once sales data says a location needs it. Between visits, live stock levels trigger an unscheduled run when a fast mover drops low. Calls and texts are answered 7am–8pm daily.
What about expired product and food safety?
Every visit includes a full code-date check — anything close to its pull date comes out and is written off at our cost, never discounted. Chilled units hold a 34–40°F setpoint and log temperature continuously; if a unit rises out of range we're alerted, and product that has been out of temperature is destroyed rather than re-sold.
If a guest is charged wrongly, who do they call?
Us. Every machine carries our phone number where a customer can see it, so a guest can reach us directly instead of your front desk. We refund to the original card and confirm the same business day.
What parts of Oregon do you serve?
The coast from Seaside to Newport — including Cannon Beach, Manzanita, Rockaway Beach, Tillamook, Pacific City, Neskowin, Lincoln City and Depoe Bay — and the I-5 corridor from Albany and Corvallis north through Salem, Woodburn and Wilsonville into the Portland metro. See all service areas.
Corporate has to approve this.
Understood, and common. We keep a one-page overview and current insurance certificates ready to send to whoever needs them, and we're happy to work on your timeline.
Let's see if your location is a fit
Tell us a little about your property. If it makes sense, Jeff comes out, looks at the space, and you have a machine within a couple of weeks. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
